Industrial wet coating

Industrial wet coating is a technique in which a plastic product is provided with a liquid lacquer. The lacquer provides the product with good protection but can also give it a nice extra touch and contribute to the final design. Whatever the purpose of the wet coating, Perfect Coat likes to think along from the beginning. Advantages

Industrial wet lacquering is the most commonly used finishing method to provide plastic products with a perfect finish. It has a number of advantages:

It gives a beautifully smooth and even end result. This gives the product a decorative appearance and a pleasant feeling.
Any colour is possible so it always fits the desired design seamlessly.
The coat of lacquer also has a protective function. This contributes to the sustainability of the overall product.

In-house laboratory

To ensure the highest quality, we test lacquered products in our own laboratory. We expose them to rock chipping and hours of extreme temperature and humidity changes. We test the adhesion of damaged paint coats under a water jet of 70 bar. And we examine any contamination under a microscope.
