Composite material for façade elements

Perfect Coat applied a transparent protective finish to the composite façade elements. The corrugated panels, made from bio-based and/or recycled composite material, were given a transparent coating that protects the surface from external influences and helps to extend the material’s lifespan.

The paint finish preserves the natural appearance of the composite material. The painting process was tailored to the shape of the panels, ensuring that even the undulating texture was finished evenly. Quality checks were carried out during production to ensure the adhesion and uniform finish of the coating. The result is a protected cladding system suitable for long-term use in the construction industry.
