Perfect Coat provided the paint finish for the door front and spout cover of Animo’s Fortune coffee machine.

The door front was finished in high-gloss black (piano black), a finish that produced a sleek, smooth and deeply glossy surface. The spout was given a paint finish tailored to the product’s specifications and its intended use. Both components were finished using industrial wet painting, with the painting process carefully tailored to the shape, the material and the desired final quality.

Quality checks were carried out throughout the production process to ensure that the components met the specified requirements. In addition to the paintwork, Perfect Coat managed the entire supply chain for these products on behalf of Animo. The various stages of the process, including receipt, painting, quality control, packaging and logistics, were integrated into a single, efficient production process.
